Return Policy

Tiger Stripe Products (TSP) honors a 30-day return period on all products purchased only from this TSP website. You may return any unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise to the TSP offices within 30 days upon the receipt of your product.

Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days from receipt of goods for refunds to appear on your account.

Postage refunds are not possible when due to personal tastes or sizing issues. In the event that the style being returned for exchange is no longer available, a product of equal value may be requested.

NOTE: Products returned that have been washed or altered will be returned to the customer and return postage charged to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. No further action will be possible. If any part of an order that used the “OVER175” free shipping discount is returned, the regular shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.

* Return your unused items directly to TSP if your items do not fit or you simply do not want the items. Also, return your unused items to TSP if you want to exchange the items.

TSP honors a 30-day exchange period on all products purchased from this TSP website that are unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. You will be notified upon shipping or notified if exchange items are temporarily out of stock. Please be sure to include a note inside the package with all of your contact information. Please include all tags and any original product bag.
